 9mm PVC Fascia Capping boardCapping Boards are available in 2.5 & 5M lengths with widths of 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 230mm, 250mm, 275mm, 300mm & 400mm.These boards are used for over capping existing wooden fascia, providing the timbers are in a good state or repair, boards are usually pinned over the top using Polytop Pins. Some sites offering 7 & 9mm cappit boards advise that they are for use as replacement fascia, we advise all our customer that cappit board is for over capping the existing wooden fascia. These boards will bow when fixed directly to the roof rafters. Always use 16 or 17mm boards for new installations.

Used to replace existing wooden fascia, rafters & joists must be in a good state or repair before fitting uPVC fascia. The boards are usualy fixed in place using Stainless Steel Polytop Nails. We recommend that you use 65mm nails
Always use 16mm or 17mm boards for new installations, 9mm cappit boards are not suitable despite what many people, suppliers and websites tell you.

 Deeplas Joints, Covers and End CapsCentre Joints, External and Internal Corner Joints and end caps are used for both 9mm & 16mm Fascia, appit and Soffit Boards. The standard joint is 300mm long and the extra long double ended are 500mm and can be cut to make 2 joints.
