Stainless Steel Polytop Pins Ideal For Fixing Cappit, Fascia, Soffit and Cladding. These pins are made commonly used throughout the industry. Availible in White. Dark Brown, Caramel & Black. The coloured pins are the best match for the woodgrain materials.

Starter Trim For Hollow Cladding

This "J" shaped trim is used to finished the edges of hollow boards when they are left exposed

"H" Section Plank Joint

This "H" section trim is used for joining the soffit boards and hollow cladding. Easy to fit with its flush appearance thiese trims make joining the boards easy.

uPVC Felt Replacements

uPVC Felt Replacement has been designed to fit under the existing felt on the bottom row of roof tiles and save the cost of having to have the felt replaced. Most properties suffer water damage caused by the felt rotting through and then dropping inside the fascia. These replacements either over-lap or inter-lock and sit directly on top of the fascia and the lip is designed to sit in the gutter. They are avaliable in 3 different types giving a low cost replacement option or for venting roof spaces were required.

Over Fascia Ventilation

Over Fascia Vents are used to allow ventilation over the fascia board in to the loft / roof space on both new build and refurbishment. Allowing the flow of air at 25,000mm2 and 10,000mm2 per metre respectively.

Nailing guides and stops ensure accurate fixing to fascia the rounded front section prevents blocking of airflow from overlapping felt or plastic felt replacement.

AIRFLOW:
10mm = 10,000mm2 per metre.
25mm = 25,000mm2 per metre.

Premier 450 Silicon Sealant - 310ml

Premier 450 Silicon Sealant is specially recommended for polycarbonate sheets, this product dries quickly to a flexible rubber seal, and will bond to most building substraights.
Sticks Best To - Timber, Brick, Stone, PVCu, Concrete and Metal

2-Part Glue and Activator

Ideal for fixing Trims, Fascia Joint e.t.c Used on its own, Mitrefast gel can be accuratley applied and has a slow curing rate that allows time for accurate positioning. If used with the Fast Activator spray of pen a full strength bond is achieved in just 10 seconds
